The Secret Garden Summer BBQ Series
This summer, we’re firing up the grill for something special. Introducing ‘Fire and Feast at Apollo’, our brand-new Secret Garden BBQ Series in collaboration with the brilliant team at The Ethical Butcher.
Running from June 19th to July 12th, every Thursday to Saturday from 6–9 PM, we’ll be serving up a rotating feast of smoked pulled short rib, the iconic Ethical Burger, and ice-cold ‘Slushy Rushy’ cocktails – all from our lush, sun-soaked garden.
Expect smoky flavours, seasonal ingredients, and good vibes in one of the city’s most relaxed outdoor spots. No bookings – just show up, grab a seat, and enjoy.
